Trains coordination, stabilizes the ankle joint and strengthens the muscles from the foot to the torso. Balance gyroscopes require greater balance skills than the balance seesaws. With size 380, the whole foot can be positioned, whereas with size 220 for adults, only the forefoot can be positioned, comparable to a toe stand. The requirement for 220 is therefore much higher, as the forefoot alone has to stabilize and support the body weight. In addition, the angle of inclination is significantly higher, which further increases the difficulty.
