Product information "Pedalo® Teeterboard 600 K70"
For recreational and competitive sports, fitness and therapy, this teeterboard is the starting point for many balance exercises in standing, sitting and supporting positions. The low step-up height of 9.5 cm and the sufficient standing surface ensure a safe, hip-wide stance.
In combination with the foot rocker, this seesaw board becomes a piece of sports equipment and is already an integral part of training in many competitive sports. The foot rockers can be placed at different distances from each other or positioned freely. If the rocker board is mounted upside down on a foot rocker, the exercises have a high tilting moment and require a quick reaction.
Anti-slip runners protect the floor and prevent slipping. High stability, even for heavier people, as well as the high-quality runners with integrated anti-slip strips, which provide an even rolling action, are high-quality features.
Note: 60 or 45 cm rocker board
Rocking boards with 60 cm allow a slightly wider, hip-width stance or positioning in a stepping position, especially for adults, whereas the 45 cm rocking board only allows exercises in the basic position or in a one-legged stance.
